We want you to be completely satisfied with your Peruvian Connection purchase; if you are not, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the original packing slip is included.

• 2.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Use the pre-addressed, prepaid return label found in your original shipment and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location or schedule a pickup; please retain your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
